Things you will be doing as Regional Sales Manager


  • Develop and execute business plans through aligned business strategy focusing on strategic categories to deliver volume & value growth
  • Ensure implementation of Annual Operating Plan through Sales KPIs
  • Provide inspirational leadership and motivation to team by communicating a compelling vision and through an on-going coaching environment
  • Coordinate with Trade Marketing to seek insights on Category development in the region and comply with full integration of marketing activities
  • Manage annual operating budgets (overhead and regional trade) within the confines of current business strategies, measuring the productivity and operating efficiencies of each on a monthly basis and taking corrective action where necessary
  • Build a robust talent pipeline though the recruitment and development of sales talent in the Region Ensure daily discipline by self and team reporting into and adherence to Code of Business and Ethics in letter and spirit


What we are looking for in you?

  • Relevant experience of 5-8 years
  • Master's degree preferably
  • Strategic thinking and problem solving approach
  • Enthusiasm and energy to drive results
