Experience: Preferably 3-4 years’ experience


Position Summary:-

Develop, define and lead education & training pillar capability in the factory for Nestlè's Continuous Excellence at factory level; Support functions to implement the methodology and tools through guidance and available resources; Train, coach and assess people within own unit on Learning & Development. Lead the Talent Management Cycle and other leadership development initiatives.


A day in the life of...


  • Executing HR Strategy within Operations Unit
  • Managing smooth organizational transitions and shaping the culture that facilitates and supports Nestlé’s goals & initiatives by supporting & coaching line managers in their implementation of core people processes - eg, performance management, salary review, job evaluation & identification of organizational learning needs
  • Ensuring Performance Management system is driving the achievement of company goals through individual objectives and the performance of these objectives.
  • Implementing talent management agenda and practices for business that support company requirements and that benchmark with industry best practices.
  • Delivering appropriate functional training and coaching to transfer LDv knowledge to people within unit pillars
  • Ensuring organizational and interpersonal skills development of employees through focused assessments and training plans.
  • Devising proactive strategies for talent attraction and retention along with detailed onboarding for new hires.
