What You Will DoDLP

• Deployment, installation and configuration of security tools for endpoints, servers and databases.
• Perform administration of information security products and develop policies and configurations to achieve desired security controls keeping in view the operational requirements
• Design and develop security measures and assuring the overall security of all of the organizational digital assets.
• Ensure strong security policies have been implemented on Endpoints, Servers and Databases
• Ensure Data leakage polices are in accordance with the organizational polices and proper detection mechanisms are in place
• Ensure the email security polices protect the organization from cyber-attacks.
• Develop plans for enhancement of organizational security in coordination with all the other departments, as well as continually manage and evaluate the entire security posture of organization.
• Responsible for conducting threat investigations and performing root cause analysis for incidents
• Develop and present security related reports for management.
• Write RFP’s and perform the technical evaluation of submitted bids from various vendors.

What You Need

• Minimum Bachelors, Computer Science, Information Security, Cyber Security or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in Information Security operations. Prior experience in banking sector is preferable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently and in a stand-alone role.
• Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
• Quick learner who strives to increase knowledge in computer technologies and enjoys learning technical documentation tools and new software products
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Exhibits and upholds KMBL’s values and social performance objectives.
• Sound knowledge of information security.
