HABIB METRO is hiring " Unit Head & SVP - Project and Developer Finance - KHI". Incumbent having relevant banking experience upto SVP level in following areas are encouraged to apply.
1.Effective communication (written and oral) and leadership skills.
2.Results oriented - ability to deliver under tight deadlines.
3.Exceptional credit and analytical skills.
4.Hands on experience of term exposures including project finance / green fields and complex transactions. Exposure to real estate/developer finance is a plus.
5.Exposure to diverse industries like steel, chemicals, textiles, commodities, building materials, oil & gas, etc.
