HBL is looking to hire a Relationship Manager in Corporate Commercial and Investment Banking Function , Lahore who will be responsible for maintaining a portfolio of startup/Fintech clients within the business groups target market within the global bank network, ensuring that new and existing relationship proposals and business transactions are timely processed within Bank policies & procedures through highest levels of service delivery, resulting in achievement of maximum revenue and regional leadership position for the bank.
Job Details:
• Carry out comprehensive analysis on customers’ business models and strategy as part of a complete business analysis report on existing and new requests, ensuring effective decision making by the bank.
• Evaluate the banks relationship management strategies, review regulatory requirements and research best practices to define and recommend policies to support the delivery of unparalleled customer service.
• Resolve issues/queries independently and recommend alternative sources/courses of action if unable to assist, to ensure that efficient, day to day customer service is delivered.
• Taking initiatives to enroll and participate in training and learning opportunities in building personal skillset and expertise.
Location: Lahore
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance / Accounting / Economics / Banking or equivalent.
Experience: 3 - 4 years’ experience, ideally working in/with startups/Fintech. Candidates having prior banking experience/familiarity will be preferred.
