HBL is looking to hire an Assistant Manager Analytics in Human Resources Function, Karachi who will be responsible for Managing, streamlining and providing support to the internal stakeholders of the Oracle ERP systems for HR. Assessing and assisting the implementations of HR systems.
Job Details:
• Training and hand holding end users to carry out day to day activities or business processes.
• Keep track of follow ups for the issue already raised by end users.
• Liaison with vendor to drill out best possible and viable process which benefits user and organization as whole.
• Provide continuous support on transactional activities performed by business user as HR administrator.
Location: Karachi
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or related discipline
Experience: 3+ years’ relevant experience
