Bank AL Habib is looking to hire Technical Document Writer. 

Role description: 

1. Work closely with developers to determine content from technical documents and gather information accordingly. 

2. You will be required to coordinate with QA team members to understand new functionalities, testing results, outcomes, and any other new functionality change to incorporate into existing technical documentation (if required) 

3. Review and revision of all new modifications in Digital products from a functional and technical documentation perspective. 

 4. Create user-friendly documentation on website flow including for backend users. This will include respective technological platforms and mediums. 

 5. Assist functional documentation team in alignment with technical documentation side. 

6. Shadow peer-editing and proofreading of documented content to meet preset documentation standards. 

 7. Complete all Tasks according to the set schedule and as per desired standards of technical documentation. 

8. Support team in assisting cross-sectional documentation tasks based on as and when required. 

9. Participate in improvement program from time to time based on Documentation Management Unit Customers Feedback Eligibility with 

Qualification & Experience:

IT Graduate has a minimum of two years’ work experience in software development. Candidates having work experience in the financial industry will have added advantages.

Competencies with Tools and Technologies:

Proficiency with basic computer application working knowledge is mandatory and one must have an aptitude for learning more contemporary tools of IT. 

You should apply if you have: 

1. Hands-on programming languages such as Java and .NET along with prior work experience with Business and QA Analysts. 

2. Substantial understanding of SQL queries 

3. MS Office tools 

4. MS Visio and MS Publisher (added advantage) 

5. Knowledge of networks and infrastructure (added advantage) 

6. Sound interpersonal and communication skills 

7. Time management, analytical skills with a can-do attitude. 

8. Aptitude towards learning.
