Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s, Masters from a recognized university will be preferred
Department: Islamic Banking
Experience: 10-12 Years of Banking Experience
Requirements:
- Performing analysis and reengineering of current business processes, driving adoption of process changes, and striving for continuous improvement.
- Implementation of strategies to enhance efficiency through improvements in procedures, changes in departmental structures, and application of enabling technologies.
- Ability to develop standardized operating instructions for the changed processes.
- Identifying best practices and establishing process performance measurements.
