The wait is over! Registrations are now open for our Management Trainee Program 2022 - Pursuit of Changemakers! 

Shan Foods is proud to bring you Pursuit of Changemakers, a 12-month long Management Trainee Program designed to train and develop future leaders. Successful candidates will get a chance to lead real time business projects, learn from leading industry professionals and get an extensive overview of the business through inter-departmental rotations & international exposure. Upon successful completion of the program, our Changemakers will experience a fast-track career growth.

Application Process:

• Online Registration
• Gamified and Aptitude Test
• Initial Interview
• Assessment Centre
• Final Interviews

Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be sent the link for the Test.

Instructions:

• Use your university's email address for the registration. Applications with personal email addresses will be screened out of the recruitment process.
• Make sure you review your application before submission as resubmissions will not be considered.

The program is open for both Local and International students!
