HBL is looking to hire a Trade Officer in Operations Services Function, Jhelum who will be responsible for performing all trade transactions and improving relationships by facilitating customers, exploring trade opportunities, adding new relationships and reviving lost relationships to achieve trade volumes and revenue budgets.
Job Details:
• Provide services to trade customers as per defined KPIs and ensure smooth processing of their requests through liaison relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure timely and error-free submission of internal and external reporting.
• Identify and escalate customer feedback relating to process and system issues.
• Maintain the best possible relationship with all customers in daily transactions & related complaints through adherence to excellent service standards.
Location: Jhelum
Experience: 2+ years' banking experience, specifically in Branch Operations
