HBL is looking to hire a Project Manager in Strategic Initiatives and Business Transformation Function, Karachi who will be responsible for delivering projects (using Waterfall and Agile Project Management Methodologies) that deliver exceptional value to the end user.
Job Details:
• Manage cross-functional projects, and projects teams using project management techniques.
• Manage Project lifecycle with an iterative and incremental approach including multiple stakeholders/teams.
• Lead the User Acceptance Testing.
• Promote empowerment of the team, ensure that each team member is fully engaged in the project and making a meaningful contribution, and encourage a sustainable pace with high-levels of quality for the team.
Location: Karachi
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science / Computer Systems Engineering or related discipline; certifications in Project Management will be preferred
Experience: 10+ years’ related experience including 5+ years of experience in Project Management
