HBL is looking to hire a Manager Risk Compliance & Control Unit (RCCU) in Risk Management Function, Sialkot who will act an independent testing unit for Governance, Operational Risk Internal Control and Compliance would ensure that all controls for risk mitigation within the activities and operations of all Businesses/Functions of the Bank (domestic and international) are tested, identified and reported in an appropriate manner.
Job Details:
• Execute Risk Control Self-Assessments, Internal Control / ICFR Testing and other risk based Thematic and Branch Reviews through a culture of partnership with pertinent Branches / Units.
• Ensure that the reviews performed are detailed, of high quality and add value for the management (illustrated through a reduction in audit exceptions / adoption of practical suggestions for processes improvement, etc).
• Ensure that assessments/reviews are performed accurate and timely in line with the RCCU Testing Plan (accounting for contingencies as need be).
• Assist Regional Manager in performing risk assessment of the Branches / Units as per the guidance provided by TL and in line with the defined procedures in order for preparing risk based review plan.
Location: Sialkot
Education: Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Finance / Accounting / Economics / Banking or equivalent professional qualification.
Experience: 2+ years’ Banking experience either in Audit, Internal Control, Operational Risk and/or Compliance
