HBL is looking to hire a "Program Manager" in Learning and Development Division, Human Resources Function, Karachi who will be responsible for planning, managing and executing learning and development interventions to meet identified needs effectively.
Job Details:
• Conduct learning needs analysis and liaise with all stakeholders to plan and execute learning interventions.
• Progressively work towards new initiatives to provide creative solutions leading to advancement of L&D.
• Follow program management SOPs to maintain quality and efficiency in processes, while ensuring compliance with L&D policy.
• Ensure overall quality of learning interventions.
Location: Karachi
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
Experience: 3+ years’ relevant experience in learning and development
