Key Responsibilities:
- Provide the participative leadership to field force to achieve the corporate goals & sales targets assigned on daily, monthly and yearly basis.
- To ensure achievement of secondary and primary sales targets as per business plan.
- Develop and maintain a suitable distribution network and trade relationship throughout the region.
- Assign targets to team and monitor achievement on daily basis.
- Ensure coverage of all retail outlets in the assigned area and territory.
- To monitor the trade policies for distributors, sub-distributors and traders.
- Ensure market visits with team, distributors sales person and distributor managers.
- Ensure SKU wise availability of SCL products to all trade network.
- Daily, weekly and monthly sales should be monitored SKU wise and Channel wise.
