ICI Pakistan Limited is hiring an Assistant Manager Warehouse for its Pharmaceuticals business based in Karachi.
Key Responsibilities:
- To supervise finished goods & logistics warehouse
- Receiving and storage of incoming finished goods following cGMP and regulatory requirements and maintenance of their records.
- Segregation, storage of products according to the required conditions as per cGMP.
- Managing and reporting Inventories in SAP as per stocks physically available.
- Cost negotiation with vendor/carriers and provide appropriate solutions for bulk distributions.
- Manage warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning workforce, following up on work results.
- Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts, reconciling them with the data storage system.
- Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, and training all employees.
- Manage dispatches of finished goods to distributors and direct customers, according to sales order within the timeline.
- Close liaison with the Export department for timely preparation and execution of export consignments.
- Coordinate with Planning & Quality departments for timely availability of products to execute dispatches
