Summit is our Management Trainee Officer (MTO) Program for induction of fresh / recent graduates in PTCL & Ufone positions after extensive training (1-month Classroom-based & 5 months on-job training) leading to Full Time Job.
Candidates from all professional disciplines (Engineering, Computer Sciences, Business, Finance etc.) Graduated in or after 2019 (Including those graduating in coming months).

Eligibility Requirements:-
Applicants must fulfill the following criteria to apply for PTCL Summit Program 2021:
- Only Pakistani nationals can apply.
- Applicant must be younger than 28 at the time of applying.
- Applicants will be selected for the center closest to them.
- MSC/BSC in engineering, electrical, telecom, software, IT, Computer Science. For business students, BBA, MBA in management, marketing, HR, and finance.
