Netkom Technologies is looking for Admin Officers.

Responsibilities:
- Handles and provides basic administration/ office services by implementing administrative, Inventory & procurement systems, procedures and policies.
- Maintains record keeping systems and keep department up to date with the statuses
- Assists Manager in resolving administrative problems & issues
- Ensures smooth functioning of all equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs & maintaining equipment inventories
- Provides information by answering questions and requests.
- Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
- Assists in maintaining a sound inventory system
- Coordinates workflow with other departments
- Perform any other task as and when assigned by the line supervisor
- Keep record of the incoming and out-going stock.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in administration and Inventory department
- Working knowledge of office administration and procurement policies and procedures
- Strong IT skills, particularly in use of MS office application including spread sheets
- Maintain strict confidentiality in performing the duties
- Honest and trustworthy
- Flexible & able to work under pressure
- Attention to details & high level of accuracy
- Team working
- Strong organizational and prioritizing skills

Netkom Technologies is looking for Fleet Executive.
Responsibilities:
- Keep vehicles road worthy.
- Coordinate, administer and monitor the maintenance, repair and replacement of company vehicles
- To maintain the targeted fuel average and minimize the fuel consumption
- To coordinate and keep close liaison with regional offices to resolve issues timely
- To brief / debrief the drivers for Safety Drive Guideline, Route Hazards Awareness, Cargo Sensitivity Handling & Hygiene Guidelines or Other Critical Info required
- To ensure arrival of vehicles at destinations within targeted time to meet the KPI’s
- To keep close coordination with tracker companies
- To discuss and negotiate with private workshops to minimize the service charges
- Coordinate, administer and monitor the maintenance, repair and replacement of company vehicles
- Maintain proper records for vehicles & Ensure day to day smooth transport operation
Requirements:
- Should be a graduate
- Should have managed own and third-party fleet
- Should have experience of direct working with drivers and supervisors
- Should have a positive attitude
- Should be a team player
- Experience of working in logistics or Telecom industry would be a plus.
Note: Only the locals of Rawalpindi and Islamabad will be considered for the said post.
