Position: Supply Planning Specialist

Mission Statement: Supply Planning Specialist will serve as the analytics champion & lead in developing data driven solutions for the supply chain planning department

Main Responsibilities

• Build, develop and maintain data models, data automation systems, dashboards and performance metrics support that support key business decisions
• Undertake initiatives to support the execution team in achieving key business objectives (inventory targets, stock outs, forecast accuracy, logistics costs)
• Manage the entire supply planning for specific portfolio of SKUs, when assigned
• Lead the optimization & process improvement projects; Work with IT for adaptation of new technology products and programs
• Revamp the existing reporting structure; Create and deploy data visualizations and reports using PowerBI (or other advance reporting tools)
• Facilitate various planning scenario reviews with key stakeholders to help drive decision making.

Candidate Education: Master’s Degree (Preferred) or Bachelor’s Degree

Capabilities

• 2+ years of experience (relevant experience preferred but not mandatory)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Enthusiastic about Data Science & Data Analytics
• Ability to drive change, including automating and simplifying processes
• Experience of working with large-scale data sets (data mining) and database management
• Experience or knowledge of optimization software’s /tools
• SAP knowledge (PP, MM modules)
• R, Python and/or SQL knowledge
