Position Summary
Enable the company to make effective business decisions based on Secondary sales data, through implementing, sustaining and improving Sales Automation initiatives and projects. This role includes but not limited to:
- Drive Analytics in the Sales Function while accommodating all functions and businesses
- Ensure that all Sales Analytics Solutions are designed as per the business needs while training and assisting end users on different analytical tools

- Use business data and statistical methods to provide insight into sales performance and suggest areas and methods of improving operations. Dashboards and reports development for Sales using SQL RS, SAP BO and POWER BI
- Coordinate with IT and other team for updates regarding latest Business Analytics applications currently used in Nestlé globally and see how to leverage the applications in the sales function
- Work closely with all stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and consistent reporting by designing optimal processes and procedures for end users
- Meet Adhoc reporting requirements of all stakeholders by using SQL Reporting Services. Use exhaustive data knowledge for problem solving and finding opportunities for improvement
- Work on different web portals and application development within the team, support in integration with databases and data warehouse, data transformation and conversion into information
- Maintain and review the health checks to ensure that DMS is being used in its true spirit and accurate sales and numeric reports can be generated by the application
- Using various Reporting and BI Tools for data interpretation and factual decision making
- Ensure Continuous Improvement through new initiatives in Sales Automation

What will make you successful
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Sciences or Engineering discipline
- Application Support or Development experience including Complementary Applications and application testing
- Experience of Database management/Writing Queries - (Intermediate Level)
- Project management experience (preferable)
