Job Description
Typical responsibilities of the job include:
1. Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
2. Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
3. Typing, preparing and collating reports
4. Filing
5. organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
6. managing databases
7. prioritizing workloads
8. implementing new procedures and administrative systems
9. liaising with relevant organizations and clients
10. coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks
11. logging or processing bills or expenses
12. acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients
13. if more senior, recruiting, training and supervising junior staff.
