Bank Alfalah’s Management Trainee Programme – ALFA LEAD is our Flagship Management Development Program for young graduates. Designed to give the participants best in class, hands on training and projects. It is our commitment to strengthen Bank’s middle management pipeline in addition to unearthing tomorrow’s leaders today.
What it consists of:
1.Classroom Learning:
An extensive learning program for our Management Trainees learning the basics of banking while polishing their various soft skills. Each Trainee passes through variety of projects and presentations before they embark on their journey at Bank Alfalah.

2.Branch Rotations:
These rotations are placed in both our Conventional and Islamic Branches to have a better outlook of how dynamic financial institutions function. The learning from branches help our young graduates understand how our back and front-end operations function.
3.Project Rotations:
These rotations in different Groups of Bank Alfalah allow the trainees to get maximum exposure on impactful projects with senior leaders of the bank. It allows a wholesome view of how Bank Alfalah works before being placed to a preferred department.
