Position: Territory Manager – Mardan (Food Division)
Qualification & Experience: Minimum Bachelors (Preferably MBA) up to 32 years of age with 5 years of experience (2 Years in Food and Beverages)
Must have good knowledge and exposure of:
- Manage people through coaching and mentoring.
- Candidate must be well aware about sales ‘CPI’s i.e. Growth, Productivity & drop size. etc.
- Ready to invest 50% of daily time in field work and bridge the market gap through Mobile Order Booking System (MOBS)/Distribution Network System (DNS)(Field Force Management System (FFMS)
- Effectively manage entire distribution & its process
We are looking for energetic and passionate sales person who wants to pursue his career with us by utilizing effective communication: presentation & selling that would be a plus point.
