The Higher Education Commission (HEC) seeks applications from qualified experts to assist HEC in performing functions and tasks related to the fields of medicine and dentistry within its regulatory scope, pursuant to the promulgation of Pakistan Medical Commission (PMC) Act 2020 by the Government of Pakistan.

- Undergraduate degree in Medicine (MBBS) with any additional degree/diploma in Medical Administration.
- At least 15 years of relevant experience. A distinguished record with high professional integrity.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
TERMS OF REFERENCE (TORs)
In order to create synergies in functioning of HEC and Pakistan Medical Commission (PMC); to streamline the regulatory scope of the Commission in the fields of medicine and dentistry and to assist HEC in performing assigned functions /tasks, a Consultant is required to.
- Develop a strategic plan on the basis of desk reviews of available policy papers & research material, international best practices, assessment of ground realities and stakeholder consultations.
- The plan will include the strategic policy document along with business plan for effective implementation.
- Any other task, as may be assigned by the competent authority.
