Job Description:
- Managing all claim preparation activities (Trade Expense, Trade Offer, sales Return, Regional office expense claim, Marketing activities) at distribution level through sales team and efficiently controlling the claims cycle from preparation to payment level.
- Coordinating amongst field sales, head office and distributors for stuck up and delayed payment of claims & ensure that the agreed company payment cycle with distributor is met.
- Managing timely consolidation of Target vs Sales Achievement data from regional Sales team and managing timely & seamless coordination with centralized sales operations team.
- Monitoring Damage Stock adjustment by using Sales and Distribution System driven reports
- Providing customer support & facilitation to all distributor & relevant business partners.
- Checking and Tracking primary and secondary sales
- Cost related working for sales overheads
- Maintaining distributor wise ROI by consolidating all overhead records (DSF, VAN Sharing, Infrastructure, expenses etc.) and coordinating with respective ZSM(s) & RSM(s) wherever required.
- Managing & consolidating month wise regional expense report and trend analysis.
- Coordination with field sales team for all the matters related to their incentives and expense claim management in coordination with central sales operations team.
- Developing and implementing SOPs for the better coordination and communication between sales field force and inter department.
