Job Description:

• “We are looking for an experienced resource as Finance Systems & Projects Lead within the Finance Department having a working knowledge and experience of SAP.
• This position will be responsible for the automation of finance processes, development of controls, ensuring information security protocols within the organization, developing auto recon interfaces with other financial and non-financial systems feeding into SAP, coordination with IT team for report developments and ABAPings, managing authority matrix/system access requirements, master data maintenance, liaison with the entire organization from finance point of view and ensuring complete capturing of all financial and non-financial information in the SAP system.
• The resource will also be responsible for the development of financial / BI reports, tools and dashboards.
• Core competency needs to be in FI module with working knowledge of CO/MM/ PP/ HCM / Fiori”
• Evaluate, design and roll out SAP initiatives and customized reporting.
• Analyze the company’s current practices in various areas, such as production, cost control, inventory, human resources, materials management, payroll, supply chain and other operations.
• Automate financial reports, gather requirement for financial analysis, and create business metrics in support of the company's operations.
• Collaborate with multiple departments of LMCL to automate business trends in financial reporting.
