We are looking for “Team Leader Production” to be based at our Manufacturing Plant located in Dhabeji.
- To lead department objectives by empowering & engaging team.
- Develop & execute production plans on timely basis.
- Ensure compliance with internal & external requirements including safety, quality, cost etc.
- Ensure Safe Working Environment practices & ensure cleanliness at all times in accordance to Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Check & enforce personnel hygiene & safety procedures (e.g. PPE, LOTO, etc.)
- Manage Production effectively through operational reviews & use Standard Routines (SDCA) to ensure sustainable results.
- Liaison with plant team & other stakeholders.
- Use of Basic Problem-Solving tools & knowledge sharing (OPLs) to drive continuous improvements.
- Developing the capacities & competencies of team as per agreed plan through CI implementation.
Education/Experience:
- Must be an Engineering Graduate with 2-3 years of experience in well reputed FMCG.
- Must have excellent English communication skills.
- Must be task-oriented with problem solving capability & ability to lead the team.
