Position: Technical Recruiter (IT Recruiter)
Company: Arturo Labs (BPO)
Location: P.E.C.H.S Block-6, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi
Timings: 7 pm to 4 am (Mon-Fri)
As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for handling the requirements of US based clients. You will be recruiting candidates for multiple IT positions like Java Developer, .Net Developer, Software Engineer, DevOps Engineer, DBA, IT Project Manager, Software Architect, Web Developer, Systems Analyst, Java Developer etc.
Requirements:
- Must have excellent (written and verbal) communication skills (fluency in English is the most important factor).
- Experience in IT recruitment or in US based campaigns, BPO industry, Call Centre, Contact Centre, etc.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience.
- Willing to work in night shifts.
Salary depends upon your past work experience and performance in an online interview.
