Maple Leaf Cement is looking for dynamic, self-motivated & result oriented individuals having a strong exposure to Brand activation, who are passionately willing to be a part of its Sales & Marketing team. We are offering an excellent opportunity to strategize, launch and manage a new promising brand & products for venturing into the Paint business.
Positions are based at various locations across the country;
Product Head — Head Office, Lahore
Major Responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling Paint Products as a business unit and managing country wide sales
- Obtain product market share by closely working with sales team, to develop a targeted sales strategy of the product
- Conduct market research; generate product requirements; determine specifications, production timetables, pricing, and time-integrated plans for the product introduction
- Implement strategic & tactical marketing campaigns, in liaison with marketing teams to enhance the product portfolio
- Evaluate market trends, collect competitive information and identify threats that can affect the current and future growth of the product in terms of sales and profitability.
Requisite Qualification & Experience:
- MBA Marketing with minimum (05~07) years of relevant experience, preferably in the Paint or FMCG industries.
- Creative, dynamic & strategic team player
- Excellent leadership & team building skills
- Strong Interpersonal, Communication & Presentation Skills
- An understanding of market trends and ability to respond to Customer’s needs
Territorial Head Sales — Lahore, Karachi, Sargodha, South Punjab & KPK (05 Positions
Major Responsibilities:
- To establish and achieve sales objectives by formulating and implementing sales plan(s) for designated areas/regions in support of national objectives.
- To maintain and expand customer base by counselling area sales representatives, building and maintaining rapport with key customers, identifying new customer opportunities and developing existing customer base in line with the overallsales objectives.
- Develop and increase sales revenue to meet the assigned targets.
- Evaluate market trends, gather competitive information and identify threats that can affect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability.
Requisite Qualification & Experience:
- MBA Marketing with minimum (05~07) years of Sales experience, preferably in FMCG or Pharmaceutical industries.
- Should be able to manage sales force • Strong Interpersonal, Communication & presentation Skills
- An understanding of market trends and ability to respond to Customer’s needs
Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager Marketing – Head Office, Lahore (04 Positions)
Major Responsibilities:
- Developing strategies and managing marketing campaigns
- Organizing events such as product launches, photo shoots and various relationship building events
- Managing promotional activities including ATL / BTL campaigns
Requisite Qualification & Experience:
- MBA/BBA (Hons.) Marketing with relevant experience of 1 to 2 years in Brand Management / Product launch
- Understanding of customer trends and ability to produce and execute innovative ideas.
- Team player with excellent intercultural competencies
- Proactive, creative and positive attitude
- Strong Interpersonal, Communication & Presentation Skills
