Job Requirement:
A candidate holding a graduate degree, with minimum 2 years’ experience in relevant field.
Job Responsibilities:
- Screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
- Liaising with clients, stakeholders and other staff;
- Organising and maintaining the CEO’s calendar and making appointments,
- Word processing, dealing with correspondence, writing emails/letters and corporate documentations/SOP’s/policies, taking dictation, typing minutes and meeting reports;
- Organising and attending meetings,
- Dealing with the CEO’s incoming email, faxes & post delegating work to managers as relevant to each staff members
- Designing and producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
- Proof Read all data/presentations prior to submission to CEO
Skills:
- Excellent written & oral communication skills in English
- Accountability, Integrity & understanding of confidentiality issues
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Presents data in a succinct & well-written manner
- Work independently with professional discretion
- Time Management
