Hub-Pak Salt Refinery Jobs Female Customer Service Representative:
We are hiring a Female-Customer Service Representative to manage customer queries. You will also be asked to multi-task, process orders, modifications, and escalate matters across a number of communication channels.
Skills:
- General understanding of social media platforms and technology
- Experience in subscription business, publishing, advertising and/or retail organization with an understanding for driving customer retention is a plus.
- Active listening skills and ability to adapt our communication style to best suit and influence the audience.
- Solid problem-solving skills
- Strong ability to assess priorities and multi-task
- Adaptable to evolving environments and can take direction from multiple people
- Ability to quickly learn and navigate several internal processes, procedures and vendor systems
Requirements:
- O/A levels is a must. University degree is an asset.
- Familiarity with office software and phone system
- Having strong English written and verbal skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
