We are looking for Assistant Manager-OD

This position will be responsible for:

  1. Policy Management
  2. Succession Planning
  3. Objective Settings

Essential Requirements:

  • MBA-HR or equivalent
  • 03 Years of relevant experience
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of organizational development techniques and procedures
  • Proficiency in HRIS & Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage change

Salary: Rs. 33K to 40K + Benefits.

Location: Lahore.
