Hiring: Recruitment & Selection Officer
Responsibilities:
- Prepare recruitment material and post jobs to appropriate job sources , LinkedIn, Rozee.pk, Newspaper, Career Watsapp pages etc.
- Schedule, organize and conduct interviews, written assessments and presentations.
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes in relevance to the job
- Verify applicants’ credentials, complete documentation and carry out reference checks.
- Prepare employee files, comparative statements and ensure all necessary documents and requirements are complete
- Onboard new employees in order for them to become fully integrated.
- Organize and conduct orientation sessions for new joiners.
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports.
Education: MBA or Masters in Human Resource
Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience working in Recruitment function.
